New home problems and other things

So we were suppossed to close on the new house in two days. We were told that the sellers real estate agent said they had a license to sell last week well our lawyer called us and said there was no license to see yet. Theres problems with teh title ect I wont get into all that. So not only have I been stressed about that but Audrianna also feels a bit on teh warm side today. On a good note we saw the speech therapist today Audrianna works with her twice a week tuesdays and wednesdays at home for 1 hr each. She said she is very pleased with Audriannas communictaion lately she is alot more verbal she has said all doen a few times in the past two days, she is also doing good at picking up signs she learned candy yesterday and already knows how to sign it , She now signs, candy, all done, more still working on that one, eat, sometimes she will do drink, thank you and please which is her favorite and she nods her head for yes and shakes it for no. Speech wise shes says hot dog, docolate for chocolate and all done. Shes pretty much skipped the basics like ball, cat ect. So maybe she will eventually speak
